Short bio
Adrian Danks is Associate Professor, Cinema Studies and Media, at RMIT University. He is also co-curator of the Melbourne Cinematheque and is the author of the edited collections A Companion to Robert Altman and American-Australian Cinema.
He has published widely in a range of books and journals including Senses of Cinema, Metro, Screening the Past, Studies in Documentary Film, Studies in Australasian Cinema, Australian Book Review, Quarterly Review of Film and Video, Traditions in World Cinema, B is for Bad Cinema, Howard Hawks: New Perspectives, Cultural Seeds: Essays on the Work of Nick Cave, and Australian Cinema in the 2000s.
