Short bio
Claire White is a writer based in Melbourne, Australia. Claire has a degree in Screen and Cultural Studies from The University of Melbourne and in 2019 she will complete her honours thesis in Screen Studies with a focus on girlhood. In 2018, she was a participant for the Melbourne Women in Film Festival Critics Lab for female film critics and the Melbourne International Film Festival Critics Campus. She is a founding member of online film journal Rough Cut, and has been published in Screen Education, Junkee, The Big Issue and 4:3, as well as appeared on the ABC for film.
