Short bio
Kerreen is a creative media researcher, educator and filmmaker. Her media projects include short fiction, documentary, advocacy, corporate, machinima, experimental and dance films which have screened in festivals, television, online, galleries and exhibitions. She has been a finalist or recipient for three ATOM Awards: In Her Own Words (Best Education Resource, 1997), Parts of a Horse (Best Short Film finalist, 2003) and Even Girls Play Footy (Best Secondary Education Resource finalist, 2012). Kerreen’s short documentary Girls Can Do Anything (2018) won Best Short at the Spiritus Film Festival in 2020.
