As an independent sound designer, Takuya has had a hand in creating some amazing projects with filmmakers scattered across the world. These films have screened, competed and also won at renowned festivals and museums worldwide. Though sound will always be his passion, Takuya also enjoys sharing his knowledge and has taught at tertiary institutions in Singapore and Melbourne.
