Short bio
Tess has worked with and advocated for multicultural communities, refugees and asylum seekers, and young people with and without disabilities. She has worked in corporate Equity and Diversity, as a History and Special Education Teacher, an Instructional Coach, and an Inclusive Education Advisor for an NGO in Rwanda. She is passionate about EVERYONE having a voice and the right to fully participate in society, and is excited by marginalised voices using film as one way to make themselves heard.
