Short bio

Siobhan grew up between Melbourne and Canberra. She spent much of her adolescence ditching school to go to the movies. In the 90s she studied painting at RMIT and the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA), wrote film reviews for the Canberra Times, worked as a graphic designer, exhibited paintings and had two children.

In 2003 she completed a masters degree in film & TV at the VCA and has taught screenwriting and directing there since 2009. She has written and directed a dozen short films, co-written/directed two feature films, You Can Say Vagina (2017) and Saltbush (in post-production).
