Short bio
Michelle has always had a camera in her hands from a young age, which she morphed into an education career, educating teenagers on the art of media and filmmaking since 2014. She enjoys facilitating a creative learning experience for her students and is passionate about the potential of film as a means of expression. Michelle completed her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Film and Television, and English Literature from UQ in 2012. She presented a paper on the importance of play in media education at the 2018 ATOM Qld State Conference. Michelle previously judged the ATOM Awards in 2019.
