Short bio
Joseph Betros is a writer/director from Melbourne. He has directed two short films, Duke (2019) and Anatomy (2014), is a former General Manager of RMITV (community television) and is currently a Creative Careers & Pathways Advisor at JMC Academy.
Joseph’s passion for filmmaking began at the age of 17 when he was introduced to classic films such as Aliens, Two Hands, and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels by his high-school media teacher, Mr. Taylor.
From there his passion grew, watching copious amounts of films in his spare time and eventually enrolling in film school in 2010.
