Synopsis
A poetic avant-garde film about a son turning into a cold, empty man when his mother bursts into flowers. The film explores my anxiety of my mother passing and the grief that pursues. Inspired by Maya Deren’s Meshes of the Afternoon (1943), I adopt her approaches of expressing a psychological experience of the self and the unconscious mind.
