Short bio
Linda Guthrie is passionate about fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, diverse literature and openness to new ideas in our school libraries. She supports students to use technology and think critically about online information. Linda has served as board director of The Children’s Book Council of Australia, vice president and website manager for The Children’s Book Council of Australia (South Australia) and is currently vice president of the School Library Association of South Australia. Linda has a Master of Education (Teacher Librarianship), Graduate Certificate Gifted Education and Diploma in Teaching.
