Short bio
Alice Springs-based Rachel Clements is a co-founder of Brindle Films, recipients of the 2015 SPA Breakthrough Business Award. Recent feature documentaries include the cinema-released Finke: There and Back (Sydney Film Festival) and The Song Keepers (MIFF Premiere Fund). Rachel has produced drama projects including 8MMM Aboriginal Radio for ABC, and Double Trouble for Channel 9 and Disney Australasia. Rachel has produced award-winning documentaries Occupation: Native, Big Name No Blanket, Blown Away and Ochre and Ink. Rachel’s films have won AACTA, ATOM and AWGIE awards and have been screened at festivals including Sundance and Berlin.
