Melanie Brunt is a multi-award-winning producer with an Honours degree in Screen Studies from Flinders University in Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma in Narrative Filmmaking from the Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne. Through her company Feather Films, she has produced short live-action, documentary and animation films, including Dugong (Erin White, 2007), Lessons From The Night (Adrian Francis, 2009), The Not-So-Great Eugene Green (Mikey Hill, 2009) and The Orchestra (2015). Her films have won numerous awards, been nominated for AACTA/AFI Awards and screened at international festivals such as Sundance, Tribeca, Aspen, Karlovy Vary, Edinburgh, Silverdocs and Palm Springs. She also works as a line producer and post-production supervisor on feature films and television programs.
