Heather Oxenham is an accomplished producer with a string of screen credits to her name. She has worked alongside award-winning directors such as Rolf de Heer, Bill Bennett, Clara Law and Scott Hicks, and been credited as first assistant director on the highly successful feature film Kiss or Kill (Bennett, 1997) and the AFI-nominated Erskineville Kings (Alan White, 1999). She has supervised over sixty hours of programming for SBS TV, including work on their flagship programs Living with the Enemy, First Contact, Go Back to Where You Come From, Once Upon a Time; Tall Man and Who Do You Think You Are?. During the early 1990s, she worked on programs such as Tales of the South Seas, Walls of Secrecy, Arrow against the Wind and Romanov, before making the switch to commercial television. Oxenham’s passion is filmmaking; her most recent work is as producer of the short film Bluey (Darlene Johnson, 2015), a story of courage, heart and the fight for survival.
